Usual Timetable of Our Networking Events ~
5.30pm - Event Registration Opens. Optional Vendor & Networking Session begins.
5.45pm - Buffet Dinner Service Begins.
6.00pm - Official Program of Events Begins.
7.30pm - Official Program Ends. Optional Vendor & Networking Session restarts.
8.30pm - 8.45pm - Vendor & Networking Session Ends.

Thursday, January 15th, 2009 - The date of our next meeting at Midlothian Conference Center. (For map & directions, please click Here.) If you can’t attend this month, please Email Us Now and ask for our information package and to be placed on our ‘Evite’ style invitation/newsletter email list.

Vendor Tables - An opportunity for our members to promote their businesses before and after the meeting, selling products suitable for family, friends or business contacts. If you would like to book a table, please see below.

Business Cards & ‘Promo’ Materials - Don’t forget to bring plenty of cards! Not simply to exchange while networking, but also to participate in our draws for ‘Member Spotlights’ and door prizes. We also provide a ‘Members’ Promo Table’ for members to share their brochures, leaflets and free samples with other attendees.

Door Prizes  - are greatly appreciated by both members & guests. If you’d like to donate a small item from your product range, or other suitable gift, simply drop off the item at the Registration Desk when you arrive. Please make sure your business card is attached and visible, so we can recognize your generosity during the prize draw.

Payments For Events & Vendor Tables ~

VIP Member ~ $15 *  (Charged Monthly)

Standard Member & Guests/Visitors’ 2nd Visit ~ $20 *

* Please Note: We can only offer these amazing new lower fees if we receive payment by 5.00pm on the Friday before each event. The meeting fee charged for later payments and ‘walk ins’ is $25 per person, with no guarantee food will be available ... so it pays to pay promptly, or simply sign up to be a VIP. Becoming a VIP is easy, free, and a convenient way to save both time and money. Please ask any board member how you too can be a VIP!

Vendor Tables: There are a limited number of tables available for members at most events. The cost is just $10 per 6ft table. Please Email Us regarding availability and payment. To guarantee your booking, payment must be received at least seven days in advance.
