The ABWA Express Network concept was created for business women who believe in the importance of empowering both themselves and fellow Express Network members through networking, education and mutual support. That’s why our group has formed - Our president is based in Midlothian, Texas and she, together with other successful, enterprising  women from Midlothian, Waxahachie, Mansfield, Cedar Hill, Arlington, Red Oak and throughout Ellis, Johnson, Tarrant and Dallas Counties wants to connect with other like minded women from these areas and discover what we each have to offer that would be of benefit to our fellow members, both professionally and/or personally. Members also have a great opportunity to make use of excellent educational and business related resources that the ABWA provides for its members.

Life moves so fast these days and ABWA Express Networks were specifically designed to fit in with busy lives as efficiently as possible - Our events start with optional networking time from  5.30pm onwards, dinner is served from 5.45pm, and at 6.00pm the 90 minute program of networking, inspiration  and education officially begins ... At 7.30pm the program of events is finished! However, we encourage members and guests to stay on afterwards for additional networking, if they have time.

Some of the key features & benefits available to members of our Express Network:

• Monthly Networking Events - Our networking events are just 90 minutes long, and plenty of optional networking time is also available before & after the official program.
• ‘Member Spotlights’ - During most events, three members have a special opportunity to promote their business to the whole group during the meeting.
• ‘Vendors’ Tables’ - Members can display and sell their products/services before & after our events.
• ‘Service Panels’ - Two evenings per year are devoted to our service oriented members, with a panel of these members promoting their businesses to the whole group.
• Guest Speakers  - Most events include a guest speaker discussing issues relevant to professional and business oriented women.
• Monthly Newsletter - These will have information relevant to our group, including space available for sponsoring members. Distributed to our own members and also available to every ABWA member across the Dallas metroplex, via Dallas Area Council of ABWA (DACA).
• Bimonthly National Magazine - ‘Women In Business’, ABWA’s award winning magazine is published bimonthly, providing professional development, business and career relevant articles.
• Continuing Education - ABWA linked with the University of Kansas to provide further education and professional development opportunities. There are easy ways to earn ABWA’s professional development ‘continuing education’ credits through to ABWA-KU ‘MBA Essentials’ and ABWA-KU Management Certificates. ABWA also has educational scholarships/grants available.
• Corporate Discounts - The ABWA has multinational corporate sponsors that offer discounts to ABWA members.
• National Member Contact List - Your membership provides access to an exclusive national directory of ABWA Express Network members throughout  the USA.
• Our Website - Our site usually comes near the top of relevant Google search results. In fact it is often one of the top 10 sites. We intend to keep improving our site constantly to increase exposure for our sponsoring members who advertise their business on our site, complete with a link to their own. The ‘Members Only’ section will soon provide exclusive material, including a free business and career oriented library, relevant articles and more ....
